Need to speak a person for an ongoing connection issue

Every day for the past week or two, my internet will randomly drop for about 5 minutes 2 or 3 times a day. This is incredibly annoying and i need to speak with someone about fixing the issue. The fact that the automated assistant will not redirect me to a real person when it cannot solve the issue is ridiculous.

Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
