I can't find the new message link or "speech bubble" even after posting.

You've got to be kidding? I have spoken with multiple Xfinity reps who vowed to help with the cable down in my yard (and one who told me that the cable ON THE POLE was my responsibility...) I sent a direct message. If someone can help, fine. If not, I know where the Google fiber office is. Unbelievable.

Our team would love to assist with this low hanging cable @user_e4017f. We have responded to the direct message sent earlier today. Are you able to go back to the Direct Message thread by:

Clicking "Sign In" if necessary
Clicking the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Clicking the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
