Need to schedule a technician I don’t have a cable to plug into the router
I don’t have the cable to plug back into the router so I have not activated my services and now have been charged 123 and haven’t even used it yet

Hello @user_g7y7zr, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear you ran into that issue during your setup. I can completely understand how frustrating it must be to be ready to get everything up and running, only to realize you’re missing something like the coax cable needed to complete the installation. We do have a few options to help get that resolved as quickly as possible. You’re welcome to pick up a coax cable from your nearest Xfinity store at no charge, we can have one shipped directly to you, or we can arrange for a technician to come out and assist. Just keep in mind that a technician visit could incur a $100 fee. As for your billing, no worries there, we can absolutely apply an adjustment for the days your service wasn’t activated. Please let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll be happy to help get everything moving forward.
