Need to scehdule a service tech

the automatic assistant wont let me setup a service tech appointment to check my line to home. I keep getting "I've found an issue with the signal to your home." Everything worked before and just got a new modem from the xfinity store. I talked to customer support and they said they activated and they needed to do some boot update and it would take 30 mins. That was over 4 hours ago.

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
