Need to reschedule order
Hello,
I need to reschedule my order for service at my new home because my move is delayed. Main issue is I cannot do anything on the website when signed in because my service isn’t activated yet. Also the text bot is useless and keeps prompting me to sign in which I am signed in. Just a constant loop of frustration

To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
