Need to report damaged outdoor equipment box

The box on the side of our building has the cover off on the ground, exposing wires.

@annejumps

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further and make sure the pedestal is fixed for you. Please send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help. You can do this by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner of your screen and send a message to the shared handle "Xfinity Support"

Hello, @gvanwagen. Thanks for reaching out about needing help with damaged pedestal. For future reference, it is better to submit your own post as it creates a ticket to get help, and sometimes posting on an old thread can delay getting help. Please create a new post to get started.

I can understand you are frustrated. The concern is that this is added to an older post, if we address here, what about someone else who may be looking for the same thing? Having this here means it could get lost in the mix and other people may not be able to find it. Creating a new post is going to make sure we have this some place that would be easy to find for everyone.

I no longer work for Comcast.
