Need to Renew Subscriptions

It's time to renew my current plans (TV, Internet and Security) with Xfinity. I attempted to do this process online. I'm not able to add my current Security plan. Looking for a Mod's assistance with the renewal of my current plans.

With the renewal I would like to keep all current offerings, I am willing to sign a contract for lower rates.
