Need to relocate overhead exterior cable line
Due to a main panel upgrade at my house I need to change where the Xfinity internet cable line enters my house (to the new weatherhead). We currently have an overhead line and we just need to relocate it to a new spot on the same house. Can you help me set up a technician appointment to deal with this?

We can definitely help you with getting an appointment set up to see if it is possible to move that line to a new location on your home. I definitely want to make sure you understand how this process works, there is a one time charge of $100.00 that will be billed to send a technician to see if it is possible. We can't make any promises that the line can be moved, that is up to the technician on site. If you would like to get that appointment set up, please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and service address to get started.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
