Need to move Tap on my property to a different location - Need to extend driveway
I am very frustrated. I have been trying to get someone to come out to move the Comcast Tap (Green connection box) to a different location as I need to extend my driveway and it's in the way. I called about a month ago and set up an appointment for last Sunday 12/1. The Xfinity contractor that came out said he was coming out to start service and connect not to assess the move of the Tap. He said they don't do that. He contacted his supervisor that contact maintenance and said they will get back to me same day or tomorrow 12/2. Today is 12/4 and contact so far. I contacted Comcast via live agent that all what they did is created a ticket and asked me to wait for contact. It feels like I am getting the run around. I have read no so good reviews about others going through this. This new address that I am at is a new construction and no one is connected yet to the Tap. Please direct me to whoever can get this resolved.
