need to lower monthly bill

My wife and I have internet and digital starter TV costing 175.88/month.  We are 75 y/o and on fixed income and need to lower our comcast bill.  We really don't want any new services.  We can't hardly afford what we have now.   Although we have been "out of contract" for many years, our bill keeps going up.  My wife and I are 75 y/o and on fixed income and have been loyal Comcast customers for more than 25 yr.   Is there a "package" that will lower out bill significantly without changing our servcices?
