Need to lower bill

Hello,

We've been loyal Comcast customers for over 20 years. What can be done to lower our bill? We don't want or need to upgrade our services.

Since I would need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation, when you have time please send a direct message. 

To send a direct message: 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window, please add your full name and address

• Press Enter to send it

I do like to let customers know that if you ever don't have time to reach out to us here, to check available promotions. You can log into your account either online or through the Xfinity App > go to the plan builder: https://www.xfinity.com/planbuilder > and check for available promotions.
