Need to know how long an internet outage is going to take

We were notified that there would be intermittent internet outages over multiple days. We can't get to a live agent. We can't really use the bot because we have no internet. Xfinity is now putting my husband and I at extreme financial hardship because we work from home and we cannot find out how long the internet is scheduled to be out. Can someone please tell us?
