Need to hook back up a cable to the house that was cut when a car crashed into a pole.

Hello -

I have a 2nd house that used to have cable modem service.   The owner past away (it is now my house) and we canceled about 4 years ago.   I need to hook up Prepaid NOW service, but I noticed that the cable line from across the street was never rehung after a car crashed into the telephone pole and snapped in half.   So the cable wire is just hanging off the pole, not going across the street back to the house.   How can I get someone from Xfinity to come and hang the wire from the telephone pole, cross the street, and connect to the house where it used to be connected?

I only need one camera to monitor the farm and this would be great to use the NOW service.   I am in 08343 zip code for service.   I have tried to get through, they say I need an active account..   I can't get an active account until the wire is ran across the street to my house and I get the service since it is self-install.

Thank You

@user_de9d3f I'm sorry to hear about your loss, my condolences. You will need to activate the NOW service and request to have a professional installation order. Since this address hasn't been activated for over a year, it will require a technician to activate the service. The tech will then submit an order to have the cable properly installed.

Here's the link where you can chat with a NOW support specialist to help begin this process https://www.xfinity.com/now/internet?CMP=KNC-GOOGLE-773322322946-c-xfinity%20now%20internet-e-Prepaid_BR_National_2026-2200877830205-23005684450-188730008281&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Prepaid_BR_National_2026&utm_term=xfinity%20now%20internet&2200877830205&23005684450&188730008281&gclsrc=aw.ds&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=23005684450&gbraid=0AAAAADdwT3JX2XGVLkdhbGp4JzS9GxlA7&gclid=CjwKCAjw-8vPBhBbEiwAoA39WgUGgdVngMcyxA-sKvC-CFa6f3wVs2Cs0Z_x10WZRHiyTHABFW7QeBoCUN8QAvD_BwE.
