Need to have in ground xfinity cable located and Flagged
We have a inground pool being placed and need to have xfinity cable flagged and located. When we moved into this home 5 years ago we had a deck installed. We called 811 dig and the appropriate lines were flagged including the xfinity cable. The last two projects we had done the xfinity internet cable was not flagged. When questioned I was told the cable would not be in the way. However, we know from the previous survey I knew the cable would be in the area. As this will be a much larger project and since we work from home we cannot have the cable cut and it needs to be flagged for the contractors.
Can anyone provide assistance on how to get someone out to mark the in ground cable and come up with a contingency if the cable does get cut.

Hey there, guinnessfc! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. That is certainly strange as they should be marked once the call/ticket is opened with 811. Did you currently call 811 for this new project? Please let us know.
