Need to finish cable installation

Hello,

We recently had a new line run to our house from the street due to construction on our home. We still need a technician to come and install a weatherproof box and connect the line to the ground by the breaker box.

I attempted to call the direct number for the supervisor or project manager that was given to me, but that number returns with a "Comcast Unassigned" message.

The contractors that did the cable run stated that they put in a note for this ticket that a technician needs to come out to finish it, but no one has called and I have no idea if an appointment is or will be scheduled. Can you please help?
