Need to File a Property Damage Claim Against Xfinity

Yesterday, 10/10/2023, an Xfinity Tech, Elliott, needed access through our backyard to access a pole to fix something. We let him through to complete everything. Upon leaving, he hit our mailbox with his Xfinity truck. It was completely turned sideways, there are now scratches and chipped paint, the door is difficult to open and close now, AND the red flag was ripped off and we cannot find it anywhere on the ground or truck, so that is strange. The tech stayed and tried to turn the mailbox back to its normal position. He was able to turn it almost all the way back, but it is loose and still leaves the other damages unresolved. He provided us with his supervisor's name and number, Mike  Derell. We have called and texted, with no response. How can we get this resolved? We understand accidents happen, but we really need the mailbox repaired or replaced as soon as possible. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone. We are current Xfinity customers, too. Thank you!
