Need to file a complaint.
None of the instructions found online work anymore. There is not Direct Message button on the account page. There is no contact information on any websites. The support number call in response tree is unreasonably convoluted. And when I finally got a live agent, from a foreign call center, he refused to respond to anything that I said, just repeating "name and phone number", which he already clearly has as the virtual system confirmed. Horrible customer experience. Has me considering DirectTV again.
