Need to escalate issue above customer service

Comcast is the most prevelant internet provider in my rural area. I need a “wired” connection for my job. When I contacted Xfinity, they said they don’t offer service at my address, but the FCC says they do. I need to know what I can do to get this resolved asap or I will lose my job. Please help!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
