Need to download transcripts

StopWastingMyTime, thank you so much for stopping in for help with downloading transcripts. I know keeping track of conversations can be important, and downloading a transcript of a chat is a great way to do that. Chat transcripts are available to download during a chat conversation while the chat is open. There will be a Download transcript or Download chat option in the menu at the bottom of the open chat. Once the chat is closed out or is no longer shown in your chat window, those transcripts are stored on our side and are no longer available for download in the chat directly.
