Need to downgrade my plan but can't do it online or get through on the phone

Hi - I need to downgrade our current plan as my wife and I are retiring.  When I try to change plans online all I get is the option to ADD to my plan, not  make downgrades.  We want to change both our internet and TV packages.  How can we do this?

Hi, @user_192141! Congratulations on the retirement! We can certainly assist you with downgrading your services. Can you please click the Direct Messaging icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name so we may further assist you.
