Hello,
I had an issue with a set of your overhead lines in Princeton, Il this past Saturday. I was parking my fifth wheel in public parking lot (that I’ve parked in numerous times prior) and a set of your guys overhead lines were sagging far below standard which caused them to catch my air conditioner unit on top of my fifth wheel camper which ripped it off and damaged it beyond repair. A tech came out to repair line and I asked who I contact to resolve this and he was very rude and just told me I’d be hearing from your lawyers. I need this resolved asap as I use my fifth wheel for work.
