need to change to non employee plan

I need to change my plan to a non-employee plan and have been trying to do so through courtesy service, but no longer have access. How can I find my options and change my plan?

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there @user_ae3wb9 For any orders, change of service requests, or for questions about XPE offers, employees can access the XPE website at xpe.comcast.com.

 

Single Sign-On (SSO) is required for access. If you cannot access the XPE site, you would need to contact a member of the Human Resources team.
