Need to change plan
A little over 2 years ago I signed up for a triple plan ($79 a month) which ended up being $114 a month with all the taxes and fees. I never even setup or received a phone modem, I just went with the plan for the lower price.
Now that 2 year deal has ended and I'm paying $140 a month. The cheapest plan I can see lists as $99 a month, but my bill would actually be $145 (somehow there is more fees). All I really need is the 200 mbs internet plan, but the only things listed on under the Change Plan option are more triple play options.
Do I need to call in to change my plan to internet only or is there a way to do this online?
