Need to change an appointment

I have a technician coming today, and I need to change the appointment. I’ve tried calling the Xfinity phone number, and the assistant says I don’t have an appointment today. I need to talk to a person, but it says I need to have my box reset first. I already went through that a bunch of times before I set up the appointment. How do I change this appointment?

Ok, I did that, now I’m just waiting for your response. The appointment is at 1pm, so I’m a little antsy about getting this done.
