Need to Cancel Xfinity Internet Service

Hi, I’m trying to cancel my Xfinity Internet service. I tried calling the cancellation number, but the automated system told me to call back during normal business hours and immediately disconnected the call. This has happened twice now at 4 and 6 PM ET, and is unacceptable. 

I would like to complete the cancellation online through Xfinity Support. Can an Xfinity representative please assist me with canceling my service and confirm the effective cancellation date?
