Need to cancel the xsteam service
I had enrolled for the stream service along with the wifi service, but I do not need it. I want to return the setup box (unopened). I would like a return or a waiver in the next bill for the internet, for the one-time fee of the setup box, which is costing around $15. How can I do it?
