Need to cancel service while outside the U.S.

Hello, I need to cancel my Xfinity service at my Seattle property. I am currently outside the United States and have already spent considerable time over the past several days trying to complete the cancellation online without success. I previously posted here seeking assistance, but have not received a response.
The only clearly available online cancellation option I could find appears to be for a deceased account holder. Since I am, fortunately, still living, I would appreciate assistance completing the cancellation and having the account reviewed to reflect my earlier efforts to terminate the service. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do hate to lose you as a customer but we understand your concerns.  Please send this as a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.
3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.
4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.
5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.
6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.
7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8. Press “Enter” to send it.
