Need to cancel service from abroad
I am out of the country and need to permanently cancel my service as I have moved out of the state. I cannot make calls abroad and cannot figure out another way to cancel. Looking to Direct Message with an agent but can't find a link to do so.

Hello, @user_wfbu6n. I appreciate you reaching out to us via Forums to inform us you have recently moved out of the country and in need of cancelling your account. You're definitely in the right place!
To send a direct message you may need to:
Click "Sign In"
Click the "direct message" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
