need to cancel service effective today august 2, 2025, and a refund for august. we tried to cancel last month but your phone rep told us we could not do so until august 2. it is now august 2.

Cancel my services now and refund August payment. How do I return your equipment?  I am through wasting my time over the past week to cancel. Cancel now!!!
