Need to cancel peacock premium subscription

I could not find a way to cancel the peacock premium subscription (through giga internet plan).

I use chat to talk to a rep. The rep promised to open a ticket and cancel my subscription. 

But the rep did not do what suppose to do and nothing happen. 

Then I went to "change plan", it gave me this message:

"Unfortunately, we're unable to complete your request online....call 1(877)338-9791.

Need to cancel my peacock premium subscription.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
