Need to cancel NOW TV
I need to take NOW TV off my account. I do not have a streaming box. I tried removing it myself and received the message “
We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order.
Contact us at 1-855-254-8687 or live chat with an agent.“
I have tried the chat and it absolutely will not connect me to an agent. I do not want to deal with a phone call. I do not use this service. Please take this off my account.
