Need to Cancel my services.. cannot get in touch with anyone.

Hi. I have been trying to cancel my services for a week now as I am moving to an area where you guys do not offer services. I cannot afford to keep getting billed for my plan and its simply ridiculous that you make it so hard to cancel a plan. Please, please get back to me. I cannot even call in anymore as I am not in the country now. Do you have an email? The AI chatbot cannot solve this and I cannot even schedule a callback because the page won't load.

Please send us a direct message including your name, account holder name (if different), and the service address so, we can get started. Myself or one of my awesome colleagues will respond as soon as possible.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address
