Need to cancel move request and disconnect service

Hi, I need to cancel my pending move request. I also want to disconnect my service effective March 28, 2026. Please advise on next steps.

Account disconnects can be place up to 30 days out, so 3/28 would definitely be doable for getting that disconnection set up.
