Need to cancel home internet

No direct message option to contact and cancel internet, callback is pointless they keep me waiting for hours.

Help please to cancel this awful service

@XfinityMarshante​ not useful at all, only way to close an account is going directly to a store since callbacks always hang up or keep you in line waiting forever. Again awful service, can wait to get rid of it!!.
