Need to cancel ESPN+
I cancelled my ESPN+ account last December through ESPN. When I log in at ESPN, it shows no active subscriptions. However, Xfinity continues to bill me for it. I cannot manage this on the ESPN account, and all Xfinity does is refer me to that billing page. Please remove it from my bill. I have tried every which way to get this canceled.

Greetings, @user_hgbfl4! You are at the right place for further help with the ESPN subscription. We can stop the billing on our end, then you would visit the ESPN website to finish the cancellation. These are the steps to cancel this on your end.
If these are the ones you tried already, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
