Need to Bury Cable Lines

I am currently building a new home and in process of burying the power and cable lines around the property to underground service. Rocky Mountain Power has already started burying the power lines, but I’ve been struggling to get a hold of Xfinity to do the same for the cable lines. I need to get in touch with the right people, please!
