Need to add Unlimited Data and THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT EVER
I just need to add Unlimited Data since we have the audacity to have 3 4KTV watchers in our house and downloaded a couple new games this month.
And I just need to detail how awful it is trying to get anything from this horrible company...
1. Your website appears to be purposefully broken for at least months so that it lies to customers and tells them Unlimited Data is unavailable while pushing the garbage XFi equipment so that Comcast can sell your data. There is literally no excuse for this, it is 100% to mislead customers to a more profitable purchase.
2. The Chat Bot is completely and utterly useless and just sends you back to sell you xFi again.
3. Apparently there are no longer any customer support phone lines or live chat anymore.
4. I eventually found that the forums are the only online resource for customer support and find posts saying I should DM Xfinity Support.
5. I pull my hair out wondering why I don't have a DM button, only to eventually find via Google that I have to make a useless post to unlock the privilege of contacting support.
6. I finally send a DM only to get the message "Couldn't send" every time.
I give up! Give your CEO another bonus, he won. I literally can't figure out how to give you guys another undeserved $30/mo just so your fantastic 10GB network wouldn't eat my absurdly low 1.2TB data cap in minutes. If someone could help me add the Unlimited Data that would be great. I mean Comcast has always been synonymous with atrocious service, but kudos to your execs on finding new lows. I can't wait for the municipal broadband in my area to complete soon.

Regarding DM's, per our Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy, you must post about your issue first and then wait for an official employee to ask you to send a DM. This is the most efficient way for our forum to work.
