Need to add service to a second address

I have read prior forum messages regarding this issue. I currently have xfinity service at address #1, however, I would like to begin service at a second address (address #2) before we officially move out of address #1. I went through the process on the website of beginning service at address #2, and submitted the final order review. However, it never asked me when I want service to begin nor does it show up in my xfinity account as a pending order. I also did not receive any email confirming this.

I need help with this issue. Thank you.

The online process is a same-day process so the disconnect at the old address and the setup at the new address happens at the same time. Since you need additional equipment to have services at both addresses we would have to help you! No worries at all this is a process we help with all the time.
