@XfinityKei we had a tech come to the house and told us we need to underground cable buried. I'm asking for a temporary above line cable for my husband's business. We have been out since July 18th without any end in sight in the near future

We've announced since July 18th from a severe storm. The tech came to the house and determined we needed a new cable buried underground. My husband has a business with QuickBooks on his desktop and is unable to process payroll and we have tax payments coming up. This will cause us to pay interest and penalties. We are requesting a temporary cable line above ground until we can get permanently hooked up. [Edited: “Personal Information”]
