Need temp line buried

I had my line cut when a company put in my new well. Xfinity came out and ran a temp line, however they have never come back to bury the temp line. I need the temp line buried. It has been running across the lawn for over a year now.

No service issues at this time. I just need to get a work order to bury the temporary line. I have tried calling in and I can't find any combination of prompts to get me to a real person. If I say tech support or anything about the line they reset my modem and make me wait 15 minutes. Is there any way to quickly get in touch with a human to have this scheduled??
