Need technician

Our internet is so horrible it can’t reach throughout our small house. I can’t work unless I’m connected to a hotspot. We troubleshooted already with you guys and was told you would send a link to schedule a tech but I never got one. We need someone to fix this issue. If anything an extra router so I can directly connect from my office.

I also noticed you mentioned that the connection still isn't reaching throughout your home. To help us better understand what's happening and determine the right next steps, could you tell us a bit more about your experience?

  • Is the issue occurring over WiFi, a wired connection, or both?
  • Does this affect all devices or only certain ones?
  • Does the problem happen all day or only at specific times?
  • What troubleshooting steps have already been completed with our team?
