Need tech visit for new tv box

I need a technician visit scheduled for my Xfinity service.

I have already attempted to resolve this through the automated support system and have been unable to schedule an appointment or reach a live representative.

Please assist me directly with scheduling a technician visit. I am extremely dissatisfied with the difficulty I have experienced obtaining basic customer support despite paying approximately $340 per month for my service.
