Need some help with getting a better deal

My rates just went up last month and I see some great deals for new customer pricing but when I try adding these plans to my existing account, the price goes up a ton. Anyone know tricks to resolve this?

I will say, new customer price points are specific to new customers. This may explain why the price difference exists for your existing account. That said, I am happy to review what options we do have available for you.

So far Marcus is not offering me any good deals in DMs, after a few hours of small talk, he finally got back to me with a quote and they are basically the same as what was quoted me on the website..
