Need Serviceability Site Survey - Neighbors have service but address missing
Hello,
I am trying to get Xfinity service hooked up at my shop, but the online database and phone support tell me that service is unavailable. However, my immediate neighbors have active Xfinity service.
I tried to explain this to customer service -- they submitted a ticket, but I got an automatic response... I would like to request that an Official Employee open a formal Serviceability Ticket (Address Research Dispute) so that a local engineering team or field supervisor can conduct a site survey to verify the physical distance to the nearest tap. I'm pretty sure this is because trenching may be involved.
Please reply to this thread so that I can securely direct message my private service address and contact details to Xfinity Support. Thank you!
