Need service for intermittent internet

How do I talk to a customer service rep to schedule a technician. We have done all intervention by chat and I’m DONE. Send someone or please just cancel service

Intermittent connection issues can be a headache to deal with, but we are here to help out as much as possible. Is this issue happening on all devices, or only specific ones? Is the modem resetting when these issues occur?  We do have a wealth of resources here that can help diagnose potential network issues.
