need service and rebate

The system in our condominium was apparently upgraded a few weeks ago and we have had multiple outages since. My job relies on the internet so my income and quality of work has been disrupted. Mostly, I want it permanently fixed, but in the meantime, I want a rebate for the time lost with the internet.

It is very discouraging that it is almost impossible to talk to a human who has the authority to help us.

I need to talk to mangagment who has the authority to fix this.

user_0qrtrf Thanks for reaching out for help getting your service issues repaired. You have come to the right place to get the help you need.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
