Need plant extension to new construction.

Builiding a new home, comcast services a home down the road from me and I want to have the service extended. How do I start this processes? I have tried calling customer service a few times and always a dead end.

You need to request that a site survey be performed.

I sort of had this problems years ago, not that the house didn`t have service, but they denied it was serviced by Comcast. But a brand new comcast service box and line was routed and installed right next to the house shortly before we moved in. It took calling Comcast Corporate head quarters to get them to come out and hook up our service.

@NewHomeBuild Hi there! We can look into that for you. Please select the chat icon in the top right-hand corner. Then search for Xfinity Support. Please make sure to provide your full name and service address.

I no longer work for Comcast.
