You can use our store locator link to find the nearest location to you and even set up an appointment to get you in and out faster.

My television was not working trying to call comcast for two days BEEN ON THE PHONE FOR HOURS THEY DID A RESTART BUT COULD NO FIX IT. THEY WAS GOING TO SEND SOMEONE OUT TO FIX IT IN FIVE DAYS. I was so upset that my son fix the problem in four hours. EVERYTIME I call comcast they said it is In restart and end the call. I FINALLY GO IN TOUCH WITH kADE CUSTOMER SERVICE He offer me 12.81 . I been a customer for 35 years and have everything with you. Very bad customer service.Two days trying to talk to someone to help me and spending four hours fixing my television that they should have done and all they want to give me is 12.81 Xfinity does no care about their customers.
