Need phone number - follow up with store employee working on transfer (live person)

I need to get in touch with the person who was working on a transfer for me.  I'm moving from ATT to Xfinity Mobile and need to give him some information so we can complete the transfer.

I CANNOT FIND a local number and your 800 number is running me in circles and I cannot get to a live person.  Please tell me how I can get the information to the person at this store -- 366A Broadway Saugus, MA 01906

user_nsjjk6 We don't have a list of store number for any remote agent to locate a number to a store sorry. The only ones who would have a number to a specific store are the agents working there if they have one at all. If the agent was working on a ticket for you though we can look it up, and update it for you. Did they mention any tickets when they were working with you to get the transfer completed from AT&T?

No.  I was in there on Friday and we got most of the way there.  We were stopped at the part where ATT needed to unlock the phone.  We couldn't get it to go through while I was there.  ATT said we needed to wait 48 hours.  However, I was able to get it to go through yesterday (Sunday) and my phone is now unlocked.  I need the agent to complete the transfer and get me off ATT.  I'm being billed in both places right now and need to finish so I'm not billed for more days.  I can't get back out to the store for another couple of days.  I need him to call me if you can get a message to him.

user_nsjjk6 We can't get a message to them, but we can likely get the transfer completed for you with the device currently unlocked.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
