Need outside cable line moved

Recently the utility company installed a new utility pole in our yard and moved all of the power lines to the new pole. We now need xfinity to come and move all of the cable lines from the old pole to the new pole so that we can have the old pole removed to build our garage.  We have scheduled 3 service appointments to have a tech come out a look at it and none of those times have we seen an xfinity employee or have been called on the numbers we left with customer service.  We are running out of time to start construction because of winter. How do I get this done? Who can I talk to for at the very least a real timeline?
thanks.

Hello, @user_ghndaeCould you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

  1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon
  2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
  4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
